New York City if full of great public parks, and Bryant Park happens to be one of my favorites. Being at a park this time of the year is great for the social vibe and plentiful sunshine! There are yoga sessions conducted every Tuesday morning and Thursday evening at Bryant Park. Practicing yoga with others taught by a series of instructors in a natural environment is the perfect way to recharge and release stress. And let’s not forget the wide selection of food places surrounding Bryant Park.
